We've got a new challenge today on the My Time to Craft Challenge Blog and this time our theme is either Halloween or cats!

I've gone for the cats option and I've used a stamp set from Stampin' Up called Pretty Kitty.
I also used:
- Promarkers to colour the image
- scalloped die from Stampin' Up
- patterned paper from Echo Park
- sequins from Stampin' Up
- other card and paper from Craft Creations
