Chef Gnome Bundle from Conie Fong

 

I'm back today with another card for Conie Fong and this time I've used the Chef Gnome Bundle.

You can find this cute set here in the Etsy shop.

In the set you get the gnome facing left and right and the sentiment I've used on my card.

Today it was my turn to share some inspiration on the Stampers Delights Blog.

To make my card I've used the very cute Kawaii 'Message in a Bottle' digi stamp set.  As well as the sentiment on my card there is another one in the set 'I miss seaing you' (clever pun!)

I have kept my card very simple - this cute image doesn't need much to make it look good!  I coloured the image with Promarkers and then die cut it.  I made the mat for my image by drawing round the die and fussy cutting to create a thin layer.

I finished the card with some clear gems - a bit of sparkle is always a good idea!

For this card I used 'Primrose, the Darling Buds' to make my card.

For my background I applied a water colour wash to white card and then spritzed it with water before stamping on to the card with the same colour.

Cute as a Button October Inspiration Card - Christmas Giraffe

 

Today I'm sharing my first card on the Cute as a Button Inspiration Showcase.

As soon as I saw this 'Christmas Giraffe' image I just couldn't resist it!  

You can find the image here.  I coloured it with Promarkers and then die cut the image with a stitched scaloped die from Stampin' Up.

I used Mossy Meadow cardstock and patterned paper from Stampin' Up and finish the card with Card Candi and gems.

My card base and other card is from Craft Creations.

Inspiration Card for The Little Paper Tree - Beautiful Day Stamp Set

 

I'm back today with another card using the Beautiful Day stamp set from Catherine Pooler Designs:

You can find the both the stamp and coordinating die sets here on the online shop.

For today's card I stamped the main image at an angle along the long edge of a piece of white card measuring 13 cm by 9cm.  Then I stamped one of the flowers again beside the first image to create a line of flowers along the whole edge of the piece of card.

The stamp set also has a smaller foliage stamp which I used to add to the flowers and leaves - it was easy to extend the stem with a black marker.

I coloured the flowers using Promarkers and then stamped one of the sentiments underneath and added two black gems to finish the card.

Inspiration Post for Sunsational Stamps - Freezin' Season

It's my turn today to share an inspiration card on the Sunsational Stamps Blog and I've made this card using the 'Freezin' Season' stamp set.

I used the top snowman outline and the eyes/nose on the right hand side of the stamp sheet.

I followed this week's sketch from Sketch Saturday.  My stamped image was coloured with Promarkers and I used papers from Craft Creations and a sentiment from my stash.  I punched a snowflake for the little accent on the sketch and used some Card Candi and a red gem to finish the card.

Inspiration Project for Sunsational Crafts - Snow Critters

Today it was my turn to share an inspiration project for Sunsational Stamps - our theme this month is winter critters.

I've used one of the images from the 'Snow Critters' digi stamp set which you can find here on the website.

I've used the reindeer image from the set, coloured with Promarkers and then layered on to some snowy paper.

Miss Daisy Stamps DT Inspiration Card

Today I'm sharing a card I made recently using one of the pre-coloured digi images from Miss Daisy Stamps.  This is 'Inspirational Cross 1' and you can find it here on the website.

I used paper from Stampin' Up and some green satin paper from Paper Cellar.

I printed the image out twice and cut out one image to decoupage on the card - here's a side view to show it more closely:

It's time to share a little bit of inspiration for Imagine That Digistamp and today my card is another one using one of the latest new release digi sets.

This little guy is from the 'Kimmie's Reindeer Friend' set which you can find here on the website.

As well as getting an image showing Kimmie with her little friend, you also get the two of them separately and I've just used the little penguin on my card.
