To make my card I die cut three panels from white card using a die from Stampin' Up.  

Using my stamping platform I stamped the three panels using the Rustic Snowflake stamp set from Uniko available here.  By stamping all three panels in stages I made them identical.  I added sentiments from the Christmas Sentiments set also from Uniko here.

I layered the panels with dark grey metallic paper and then attached the three stamped and layered panels to a piece of card to make the trifold design.

I've used Uniko products to make my card.

To make my card I started with one of the stencils from the Christmas Pop Trio set here and applied pink ink through it.  I kept the stencil in place and then used the two smaller stamps from the Rustic Snowflake stamp set here.

I finished the card with a sentiment from the Christmas Sentiments stamp set here.

New AAA Birthday Challenge - Anything Goes Birthday!

 

We're celebrating our 7th birthday at the AAA Birthday Challenge Blog with a special challenge:

I used a new stamp from Uniko called Background Blocks Birthday Scramble and coloured the letters and icons with Promarkers.  

I added some paper from Dovecraft (actually from a Christmas pack!) and a few gems too.

As this is a new stamp, I'm linking my card up to the NBUS Challenge.

I created a simple card using the 'Bauhaus Blocks' stamp set from Uniko available here.

I stamped two of the blocks on patterned paper from Stampin' Up and added one of the sentiments from the set.

I finished the card with some black gems.

To make my card I used the Picked Posies Bundle from Uniko on CraftStash.

I used the 'Smile' die, the floral stamp set and the sentiment set with a black and pink colour scheme.  The pink ink is from Stampin' Up (Magenta Madness) and the patterned paper is from Craft Creations.

I recently bought a beautiful flower stamp from Uniko called 'Spring Botanicals Crocus' (available here) and I decided this was a good chance to use it for a second time!

I spotted some purple and lilac flowers in the photo and added a strip of green patterned paper to represent the strips of green.

As well as the stamp I also used:

To make my card I used a snowflake stencil from Stampin' Up with Salty Ocean Distress Ink and my blending brush.  

I started with a 12cm square piece of card and then cut it in half to make two cards.

For this card I used a sentiment from Uniko stamped three time and added some clear gems.

To make my card I used the Floral Vines Clear Stamp Set from Uniko Stamps available here on their website.

I stamped it once on the middle bottom edge of my card and then repeat stamped either side of that centre image.  There is a line at the bottom of the design which I then extended using a black fineliner.

I stamped one of the sentiments from the set and the little circle detail stamp and then coloured the image with Promarkers.

I have to admit this one had me puzzled for a little while!  I looked through my patterned paper and found two sheets of Stampin' Up paper from a paper share.  Not colours I normally use but I thought they fitted the theme!

I used the 'happy' die and the 'birthday' stamp from Uniko's Big and Bold Happy Clear set and layered it all with black paper to make the colours pop.

New Mix It Up Challenge Blog - Anything Goes/Stencilling

Today sees the start of a new challenge on the Mix It Up Challenge Blog - this month it's anything goes with the option of stencilling.

As it's something I've not really tried before, I decided to have a go at stencilling!

I used the Mid Century Modern stencil from Uniko Stamps with Distress Inks.  When I'd stencilled the whole of my card I die cut a circle in the bottom right and added the sentiment on the base card so it showed through the whole.
