Bugaboo Stamps New Release - Sign It Kidz Polka Dots


It's Tuesday so that means:


This week's new release from Bugaboo Stamps is called Sign It Kidz Polka Dots and you can find it here on the website.

The image comes with a blank sign so you can add your own sentiment making it a really versatile digi stamp!

New Artsystampers Digital Challenge - Red, White and Blue

To make my card I used one of the images from the Early Spring Beauty set:

I die cut the image with a Stampin' Up die and then added a red mat and an outline sticker sentiment.

The blue patterned paper is from an old Do-Crafts paper pad.

Weekly Inspiration Post for The Little Paper Tree - Peeking Pets


It's Sunday which means it's time for me to share a project for The Little Paper Tree online craft shop!


This week I've made another card using the super cute new Peeking Pets stamp and die sets from Catherine Pooler Designs:


Each of the animals and each of the accessories has a matching die - even the paw print!

This week I cut a circular aperture out of my card so my peeking pet is looking out of the circle.  Hopefully you can see it more clearly on this photo:


I coloured the image with Promarkers and used paper and card from Craft Creations.  The stamped sentiment is from Lawn Fawn.

New Craftyhazelnut's Christmas Challenge - Anything Goes/For a Man or a Boy


It's Saturday so that means a new challenge on Craftyhazelnut's Christmas Challenge.  This week it's anything Christmas goes with the option to make something for a man or a boy.

To make my card I've used a topper and backing paper from Making Cards magazine.

I simply layered them with red and black paper and added an outline sticker sentiment and some red gems to finish the card.

New Stampers Delights Progressive Challenge


A new Progressive Challenge has started in the Stampers Delights Facebook Group and this month's image is this beautiful set:

When I saw the shape of the sentiments in this set I immediately thought about making an easel card!  


I coloured the image using Promarkers and used some yellow gingham paper from Stampin' Up layered with black paper.

I used a Stampin' Up flower punch to add some flowers on the front of the base and finished the card with some punched black paper dots.

Plus there is a sale going on in the store for a very special reason!

It's time for a new challenge on the Merry Little Christmas Challenge Blog and, as always, it's anything Christmas goes.

I've made a very simple card using a piece of the beautiful First Frost patterned paper from Stampin' Up.  I just cut it down to size and matted it on to black paper.

I used the Magic of Christmas stamp from Crafty Roo and finished the card with some clear gems on the flowers and then in the corners of the main panel.

New Mix It Up Challenge - Anything Goes/Open Technique


There's a new challenge today on the Mix It Up Challenge Blog and this month it's anything goes with the option of open technique which means you can choose what you'd like to make your card!

I've chosen acrylic block stamping as my technique.  I applied Salty Ocean and Shaded Lilac Distress Inks to my acrylic block and sprayed with water before stamping on to a piece of white card.

Once that was dry, I used stamps from the new Splash of Summer stamp set from The Card Hut available here.

I finished the card with layers of black and blue paper and some gems.

To make my card I used one of the many pages from the Winter Junk Journal Kit which you can find here and one of the background papers from the same kit.

I die cut two tress from kraft paper and inked these and the edges of all the layers.  The sentiment is a stamp from Stampin' Up and I finished the card by adding gems to the printed snowflakes and a wooden snowflakes embellishment.

Artsystamper Digital Challenge With the Arty Divas Challenge Blog - Summer Florals


Today there's a special extra event on the Artsystamper Challenge - we're joining forces with the Arty Divas Challenge Team to bring you lots of inspiration.

To make my card I used the Sunny Sunflower Digital Stamp and Paper Kit:



You can find the set here in the Etsy shop.

I printed out the main pre-coloured sunflower twice using one as my base image.  I then cut out the second larger flower and decoupaged it on the base image.  

I used one of the patterned digi papers and sentiment layered with dark brown paper and finished the card with some brown gems.
