For my card I've used a digi from Pink Gem Designs called 'School Girl Chloe' - you can find her here on the Pink Gem website.
The background is from a website called 'Clipart Library' and the sentiment is computer generated using a handwriting font.

This is so super cute - that image is darling and I think this is perfect for Back to School!! Love the way that the girl is on the chalkboard and other details are there as well!!
