We're back today on the Alphabet Challenge with a new challenge and this time we've reached the letter V so it's V is for vellum.

To make my card I used some purple vellum from Stampin' Up - it does has a sheen on it but it was impossible to pick this up on the photo!

I stamped one of the flowers from the Stampin' Up 'Wonderful World' stamp set on the vellum using white pigment ink and added a sentiment.

Once it had dried, I used white brads to attach it to some white card and then to some purple cardstock.

This month's theme was ideal for me as I can't help but keep all my scraps of patterned paper however small they are!

I used scraps of three different Stampin' Up papers to make the background to my card.  Then I used a sentiment from the Stampin' Up 'Framed and Festive' stamp set stamped in Real Red ink.

I used Mossy Meadow cardstock behind the patterned paper and then other card from Craft Creations.
