New Perfectly CAS Challenge -


It's time for our December challenge on the Perfectly CAS Challenge Blog and this month our theme is:

To make my card I used one of the stamps from the Sentiments Outlined stamp set from Uniko Designs available here.  

I repeat stamped the 'celebrate in style' sentiment and then coloured the letters with Promarkers.

New Happy Little Stampers Christmas Challenge - Anything Goes/Candy Cane

Our theme for today's new Cardz 4 Galz Challenge is 'cute Christmas' - all the details and inspiration can be found here on the challenge blog.

I have used a topper and paper from Making Cards magazine - I realised when I was looking through the papers that the characters featured are from the Pablo the Penguin stamp set which was given away with the most recent issue this year!

I layered the topper and paper with black and white paper and added some gems and a peel off sentiment to finish the card.

I did have a try at veggie stamping but it looked awful so instead I'm sharing a stamped card I made using the spotlight technique.

I've used the 'Sunshine' stamp from the Linda Ravenscroft Crazy Cats range available on The Card Hut website here or as part of the complete collection here.

I stamped the whole image and then stamped it again and die cut a circle from the second image.  I coloured the circle with Promarkers, layered it on to a brown paper circle and then attached this to the first image in the correct place.

New Sparkles Christmas Challenge - Winter Wonderland


There's a new challenge today on the Sparkles Christmas Challenge and this month our theme is winter wonderland.

For my card I've used some beautiful patterned paper from Stampin' Up layered with silver and black paper.

I simply added a stamped sentiment using a Stampin' Up stamp set and some clear gems.
