Papercrafters' Year in Review Hop

 


Today I'm very excited to be joining the Papercrafters' Year in Review 2023 Hop.

It's been organised by the wonderful Ellie and it's been a great opportunity to look back on what I've made during the year.

New Alphabet Challenge - T is for Texture

 


We're back today on the Alphabet Challenge Blog with a new challenge:


This time we have the theme T is for texture.  For more details about the challenge and to see the cards from the rest of the team, head over to the challenge blog here.

To make my card I used an embossing folder which came free with a craft magazine.  I cut the pale blue card from Craft Creations into three pieces, taped it back together and then embossed it.  I separated it again and then matted the pieces on to navy blue card from Hobbycraft.

Then I stamped the 'Beautiful Kindness' stamp from Crafty Roo onto the pale blue card and die cut this with a Stampin' Up die.  The scalloped mat is from Spellbinders.

Another Cute Draw With Conie Image!


I'm back today to share another card made with one of the super cute images featured on the Draw With Conie You Tube channel:


This little guy is featured in a video here - you can draw along with Conie during the video and get your own cute character at the end!

New from Conie Fong - Draw With Conie!

 


Conie Fong is well know for her super-cute and beautifully drawn digi stamp images but now she has a brand new venture:


There is a You Tube channel here and a new Facebook Group here.

Conie will be posting videos with drawing tutorials and lots of tips and advice.  You can share your drawings in the group.

The Design Team have been colouring the images from Conie's tutorial videos and this is my card made with the puppy with the candy cane.  To learn how to draw the puppy head over to the video on You Tube here.

GDT Project for Relatively Thoughtful - Poppy Fields

 

I'm back today to share my final GDT project of the year for Relatively Thoughtful.


For today's project I decided to make a little desk calendar using one of my favourite digital collections from Relatively Thoughtful 'Poppy Fields'.

It's really easy to make - it's just an easel card with the calendar pad used as the 'stopper' for the easel.
