New from Little Claire - Silhouette Dancers Outline Stickers


This is another card made using one of the new outline stickers from Little Claire - this one is called 'Silhouette Dancers' and you can find it here on the Little Claire website.

There are three designs on each sheet plus some beautiful border stickers - I've used some of the border sticker on the band across my card.

The paper I've used is from Craftwork Cards and I've matted this with black and silver paper.

For my card I've used the little trio of snowmen stamp from the Little Claire 'Snowmen Stamp Set' - you can find the set here on the Little Claire website.  I stamped two groups of the snowmen in two rows and then trimmed off two from each row to give a square image panel.  I added one of the sentiments from the set between the two rows.

Little Claire Dinkies Class


I have had a fabulous and very busy day teaching my first Little Claire class of this year.  A big thank you to all the ladies who came along to the class - it was so lovely to see old friends and meet some new people too!

My class was 'Little Claire Dinkies' and Gill was there too with 'Heidi's Cards'.  Here are a couple of photos of the classes taken this morning:

Today I'm sharing a card I've made using the new 'Shar-Pei Party' digi stamp kit from Imagine That Digis by Kris - I just couldn't resist this dog in his party hat!

New from Little Claire - Silhouette House Outline Stickers


This is a card made with another of the new outline stickers from Little Claire - this one is called 'Silhouette House Outline Stickers' and you can find it here on the Little Claire website.

There are three designs on the sheet plus some very pretty borders - I've used them on the sides of my card.  There are also some little heart stickers - you can see these either side of the sentiment.  The sentiment is a stamp from the 'At Home' stamp set which is here on the website.

I attached the main sticker on to a piece of red ombre paper from the Little Claire Mini Ombre Paper Pack which is here on the website.

Christmas Westie Postbox Stamp from Little Claire


This is one of my favourite Little Claire Christmas stamps which has made a welcome return to the website - you can find it here.  I have two cards to share using the stamp and this is the first one using a traditional red and green colour scheme.

I coloured the stamped image with Promarkers and then added Stickles to the snow.  The paper I've used is from Dovecraft.

New from Little Claire - Silhouette Owls and Hedgehog Outline Stickers


Today I'm sharing another card made using one of the new Silhouette Outline Sticker Sheets from Little Claire.

This design is called 'Silhouette Owls and Hedgehog' and you can find it here on the Little Claire website.  There are three identical designs on the sheet together with some border stickers - I've used them on the top and bottom of this card.

I've also used paper from the Little Claire Ombre Paper Packs.  I put the sticker over a piece of the Dinkies Ombre Paper Pack which is here and then matted that on to a matching piece from the Ombre Paper Pack which is here.  I used my Wink of Stella pen to highlight the moon.

New from Little Claire - Silhouette Cat Birdhouse Tree Outline Stickers


Brand new from Little Claire are four sheets of outline stickers based on the recent silhouette stamp releases.  Over the next few days I'll be sharing some cards I've using the stickers.

Today's card was made using the 'Silhouette Cat Birdhouse Tree' outline sticker sheet which you can find here on the Little Claire website.  There are three separate images on the sheet plus some beautiful border stickers - I've used one of the left hand side of my card.

The sentiment I've used is from the 'March Flowers' stamp set which is here.

The background to my design is a piece of the beautiful paper from the Ombre Paper Stack which is here on the website.

Weekly Inspiration Post For Imagine That Digis By Kris


Here's a little bit of inspiration using the beautiful 'Dolphins' digi stamp from Imagine That Digis by Kris.  You can find the digi stamp here on the Imagine That website.

I've used my Clearly Besotted scallop dies to die cut the blue and white card layers and then added some silver paper, silver gems and silver and white ribbon to finish the card.  The digi was coloured using Promarkers.

New Cardz 4 Guyz Challenge - World Wildlife


We've got a new challenge today on the Cardz 4 Guyz Challenge and this week our theme is 'world wildlife' - for all the details about the challenge, have a look here on the challenge blog.

My card was made for a demo I did yesterday at the stamping club I belong to.  I was asked to demonstrate masking and I decided to include reverse masking together with the more traditional type of masking.

I die cut an oval from a piece of card, placed this over a square and white card and then applied three shades of Distress Inks through the aperture.  I used a circle die cut from a post-it note for the sun.

Finally I stamped 'Silhouette Elephants' from Little Claire over the inked oval, keeping the mask in place.  The stamp can be found here on the Little Claire website.

Deedee's Digi of the Month - Dad Gets a Day Off


This is my card for the Digi of the Month Challenge at Deedee's Digis using this month's Digi of the Month 'Dad Gets a Day Off'.  

If you took part in last month's challenge, the set is e-mailed to you free but if not, it's available here on the Deedee's website.  I've combined the two main images from the set and one of the sentiments.

I layered the image with red and kraft paper and then added some washi tape to finish the card.
