New Crafty Girls Challenge - Anything Goes


Today I'm sharing my first card as a DT member of the Crafty Girls Challenge - a very big thank you to the ladies for asking me to join them!

For my card I've used the lovely 'Madeline With Retro Outfit' which you can find here on the Milk Coffee website.  I coloured her with Promarkers and then added a touch of Glossy Accents on her glasses.  The papers I've used are from Craftwork Cards.

Poppy Tag Card


This is one of the cards I designed for the Little Claire Wirral Day which took place on Saturday of last weekend.  It was a really great day with classes from myself and my fellow Little Claire DT member, Gaynor.  

For this card I used the beautiful 'Dinkies Poppies' stamp which you can find here on the Little Claire website and also one of the 'Postcard Sentiment' stamps which you can find here.  The tag cards are here on the website and they come in a great colour range.

New Cutie Pie Challenge - Embellishment Bingo

GDT Card for The Christmas Challenge - Hand Made Backgrounds


This is my first GDT card for The Christmas Challenge.


A big thank you to the Design Team for asking me to join you - there are some great challenges coming up over the next couple of months!

For this challenge, the theme is 'hand made backgrounds' and you can find all the details about the challenge and see the cards from the DT members here on the challenge blog.

I created my background by stamping a small snowflake stamp in Versamark ink and then embossing with white powder.  I then applied Brilliance Ink from the Peacock pad over the top and then polished it to finish the background.  The image is from the 'Black Silhouette Camels' outline sticker sheet from Little Claire which you can find here.  I put it on to acetate and then attached this to the background with brads.

New Pink Gem Challenge - More Than One Fold

Snowman Bunting


This is another of the cards that I designed for the recent Little Claire class in Wrexham - I've used 'Snowman Bunting' which you can find here on the Little Claire website.  The card is an easel card (the top of the easel is cut away so it's narrower than the image panel) and I've covered the stamped and coloured image in a piece of the wonderful 'Glitter Sparkle Sheet' which is available here.

More Ships Sailing By


This is the stamped version of 'We 3 Ships' from Little Claire - I posted a card yesterday using the outline sticker version.  The stamp can be found here on the Little Claire website and comes with the circular sentiment.  The card is one of the ones I designed for the recent Little Claire class in Wrexham.

My card has two square panels - you can see the second one on the photo - connected with a piece of folded card.  I've used some green Bazzill and 'Christmas Holly' paper from Little Claire (you can find it here) to make the card and have added some self adhesive red gems to finish it.

New Little Claire Outline Stickers - 'We 3 Ships'


Here's another card made with one of the new outline sticker sheets from Little Claire - this one is called 'We 3 Ships' and you can find it here on the website.  The words are part of the sheet and there are three of the main designs on each sheet.  It's really easy to colour in and perfect for quick Christmas cards.

The paper I've used is also from Little Claire - it's called 'Mistletoe Magic' and you can find it here on the website.  It's a great collage design - I've used part of the bottom of the sheet on my card.

Little Claire Friday Blog Project - Waterfall Card
