I'm sharing a card that I made last week at a Zoom Stampin' Up craft class with Fanny Stafford (https://www.facebook.com/groups/115540871827056).

We used the Hues of Happiness patterned paper with different coloured card, sentiments and embellishments.

New Craftyhazelnut's Christmas Challenge - Anything Goes/Use Some Washi Tape

 

It's Saturday so that means a new challenge on Craftyhazelnut's Challenge Blog and this week it's anything Christmas goes with the option to use some washi tape.

I used the Stampin' Up punch which went with the Perfectly Plaid stamp set.  I punched it out of white card and then die cut a circle panel round the aperture.

Next I taped a tiny scrap of dark brown paper across the trunk.  I layered washi tape onto a scrap of white card and attached that behind the rest of the aperture.

I layered up with red and green card and then added a sentiment from Stampin' Up and some red gems to finish.

I made a set of three ATCs - here's a close up view of each of them:

I used a Stampin' Up Crumb Cake card base for my ATCs and then stamped using the 'Parisian Beauty' stamp set in Soft Suede ink before using some Crumb Cake ink around the edge of the ATCs with my blending brush.

To finish I added some pearls.

I made one of my 'cheat' spotlight cards!  I used a piece of patterned paper from Stampin' Up and die cut a circle for the top right hand side.  I coloured the butterflies on the circle with Promarkers and then reattached the circle with a navy mat under it.

The sentiment is from Itty Bitty Birthdays also from Stampin' Up and the rest of the card and paper I used is from Craft Creations.
