To make my card I used the brand new Loved Up digital stamp collection from Kate Hadfield Designs which is available here - you get a lot of fabulous images in the set but I couldn't resist using this cute bear first!
I also used:

He's a really sweet bear with the big heart Helen, he's got a really inviting face.
