Here's another view of my card:

I used a Stampin' Up stamp set called 'Bone-jour' to stamp the dog with the balloon which I coloured with Promarkers.

I added a stamped sentiment also from Stampin' Up and a scrap of patterned paper from Stampin' Up to finish the card.
