DT Project for Polka Dot Orchard - Beautiful Colours of Autumn

 

Today I'm sharing two cards that I've made using the 'Beautiful Colours of Autumn' digi stamp set from Polka Dot Orchad:

And here's my second card:

For both cards I used one of the leaves coloured with Promarkers and one of the sentiments.

The patterned papers I've used are from a magazine cover pack last year - I picked papers which toned in with the colouring on my leaves.

To make my card I used one of the dies from the Stampin' Up Stitched Triangles die set with a scrap of Stampin' Up patterned paper.

I cut the triangles out to keep the pattern on the paper and then stuck them to a piece of dark brown paper.

I finished the card with a sentiment from Stampin' Up and some brown gems.

I've gone with pink which is the colour for Breast Cancer Awareness and I chose to make a thinking of you card.

I used one of the flowers from the Art Gallery stamp set from Stampin' Up stamped in Magenta Madness - stamping off for the first stamp and then full strength for the second one.

I used some Bazzill card around the stamped panel.

This design is a great one to use up leftover strips of patterned paper - they make a great background for the punched Scottie dog.
