GDT Card for the Digi Bells DT - Going on a Walk

Today it's my turn to share some GDT inspiration on the Digi Bells DT blog and this is the card that I've just posted.

I used a very cute digi stamp called 'Going on a Walk' which you can find here in the Elisabeth Bell digital collection.

I coloured the image with Promarkers and used papers from Craft Creations and Craft Sensations.

New Cardz 4 Guyz Challenge - Clean and Simple

It was my turn to choose the theme for today's new challenge on the Cardz 4 Guyz Challenge Blog and I chose 'clean and simple'.  You can find all the details plus the cards from the rest of the Design Team here on the challenge blog.

For my card I've used an outline sticker from Little Claire Designs - this particular sheet will be on sale very soon.

I put the sticker on to white card and then coloured it with Promarkers.  I've then used papers from Craft Creations to layer up the image panel.

Today I have a project using a digi stamp from Limited Runs called 'Birdhouse 3' which you can find here on their blog.  The sentiment I've used is from an old Little Claire Designs stamp set.

My card is all about spring being the birth of new beginnings - birds and flowers.  I love this sentiment as it sums up Spring perfectly.

I'm sharing a little gift bag I designed for one of my recent Little Claire Designs workshops.  It was also one of the demos that Steve did on their Hochanda show and it has appeared in Crafts Beautiful magazine.

I've used one of the stamps from the 'Card Full Of ....' stamp set bundle which you can find here on the Little Claire Designs website.  This set is a 'Card Full of Butterflies'.

I stamped the whole stamp three times, decoupaging the front of the card and then the butterfly wings.  I've used patterned card from Craft Creations and some ribbon from my stash.

New Cardz 4 Galz Challenge - Name Your Powder

For the new Cardz 4 Galz challenge we're asking you to 'name your powder' - we want to see everyone using embossing powder.  All the details are here on the challenge blog. 

I've used a butterfly stamp from 'Own Kind of Beautiful' stamp set from Visible Image which I stamped in Versamark ink on white card.  Then I embossed the stamped images using detail clear embossing powder.

I then applied Shaded Lilac and Tumbled Glass Distress Inks over the stamped butterflies and buffed over the butterflies.  I finished the card with a birthday sentiment from Craftwork Cards and some black gems.
