New Challenge at Little Claire - Romance

If I've managed to work it out, when this post goes live on my blog I'll be at the Creative Crafts Show in Manchester demoing on the Little Claire stand!  I've only scheduled a post once before and that worked out OK so fingers crossed this one will too.

Today there's a new challenge on the Little Claire blog and this time our theme is 'Romance' - it could be weddings, anniversaries, valentines or anything else like that.  Have a look at the blog here to see the gorgeous cards from my fellow Design Team members.

We have a great prize for the challenge winner:

There's a selection of our A4 die cut sheets including the three new ones which have just been put on the website this week plus one the new men's stamps, DIY.

For my card I've used one of the gorgeous Cutie Patootie images plus some paper from Craft Creations.  My image was stamped coloured and die cut and then layered on to a mat made from two die cut Lacy Circles.  I also used some ribbon from my stash and Card Candi

Some challenges for my card:

I Love Promarkers - 'love is in the air'
Sarah Hurley Challenges - 'love is all around'
Penny's Paper-Craft Challenge Blog - 'love is in the air'
By the Cute and Girly - 'love is in the air'
Stamps R Us - 'valentine/love'

I'll be back tomorrow with another brand new challenge at The Squirrel and The Fox.

A Little Bit of Spring ....

It's been a really wet, cold and miserable day here today so I thought I'd share a card made with some spring colours - a bit of a change from my normal colour scheme!

The image I've used on this card is called 'Daisy Pitcher' which you can find here on the Little Claire website.  I've added some green Bazzill and yellow gingham paper (both from Little Claire) plus Card Candi (coloured with my Pear Green Promarker) and a peel off greeting.

Don't forget to come and say hello if you're visiting the Creative Craft Show at Manchester on Saturday - I'll be demoing on the Little Claire stand and it would be lovely to put names to faces and blogs!

Some challenges for my card:

Allsorts Challenge - 'free and easy'
The Crafty Pad - 'fresh spring colours'
Crafty Purple Frog - 'flowers'

Creative Craft Show, Manchester on Saturday Plus a Quick Card!

Just a quick post today - I haven't had much time for blogging recently because I've been working on some new Little Claire things due for release soon.  I'm also busy preparing for the Creative Craft Show in Manchester on Saturday where I'll be demoing on the Little Claire stand.  Please come and say hello if you're there - it would be lovely to put names to faces and blogs!

The card I'm sharing today was made with a Little Claire stamp called 'Daisy' - a really great image and something a little bit different for me!  The sentiment is one of the Little Claire die cuts from the 'Sentiment Mix' set.  Papers from Craft Creations and card blank from Craftwork Cards.
Some 'anything goes' challenges for this one:

Birdtable - New from Little Claire

Today's new stamp from Little Claire Designs is the last of the Garden Collection stamps and is probably my favourite of the week - it's called "Birdtable" and you can find it here on the Little Claire website.  I love all the little details on it plus the sign on the edge of the table!  The stamp is being showcased on the Little Claire blog and you can find all the cards from the Design Team here.

My card is very simple again - kraft and pink spotted paper and I've used my threading water punch along the bottom edge of the card.

A couple more 'anything goes' challenges for this card - The Poodles Parlour and my second entry for DYSU.
