I've used one of the diagonal lines - die/punch, player's choice (patterned paper), button.
To make my card I used:
- Spring Elephant 2 digi stamp from Bugaboo available here
- Promarkers to colour my image
- patterned paper from Stampin' Up
- other paper and card from Craft Creations
