I have to admit that this challenge had me puzzled to start with! After a bit of searching I came across the Tweethearts stamp set from My Favourite Things and spotted this sweet little bird holding an envelope!
I coloured the stamped image with Promarkers and die cut the panel using a die from Stampin' Up.
The stitched die I've used for the background is from Crafters Companion.
