New Addicted to CAS Challenge - Birthday

Here's another view of my card:

I created a circular mask with a die cut into card and then placed the mask over the bottom right hand corner of the card.  I applied Flirty Flamingo ink through the mask using a blending brush.

I stamped the sentiment from The Biggest Wish stamp set from Stampin' Up and then layered the image panel onto a black card.
