Little Claire Christmas Flora and Fauna Class - Part 1

Today I'm sharing two of the cards I designed for the Little Claire 'Christmas Flora and Fauna' class last Saturday morning.  It was a lovely class and a big thank you to all the ladies who came along.

We made a rocker card (above) using the beautiful 'Poinsettia Cluster' stamp which you can find here on the Little Claire website.  I kept the card very clean and simple to focus on the image - you can't see it very well in the photo but there's a little bit of glitter glue in the centre of each of the flowers.  I die cut all the elements for the card (except the sentiment strip) using various sizes of circle and scalloped circle dies.

We also made an easel card using the gorgeous 'Star of Wonder' stamp which you can find here.  The image was stamped and coloured with Promarkers and then we put a piece of Glitter Sparkle Sheet over the top.  It's a bit like clear sticky backed plastic with glitter in it.  I love it because it's easy to use and mess free - no shedding glitter!!  It's here on the website and I'm told it will be back in stock very soon.  The stopper on the card is one of the new 'Christmas Postcard Sentiments' which you can find here on the website.

I'll have more cards from the class to share later in the week.

I'd like to enter my cards in the following challenges:

Ladybug Crafts Ink TLT Challenge Blog - 'no squares alllowed' (first card)
Oldie But a Goodie Challenge - 'dies and punches' (first card)
LEJ Designs Challenge Blog - 'winter wishes' (second card)
