New Perfectly CAS Challenge - Birthday

 

We've got a new challenge today on the Perfectly CAS Challenge Blog and this time our theme is birthday.

To make my card I used the Approaching Perfection stamp set from Stampin' Up.

I stamped one of the sentiments and then the balloons and then coloured the balloons with a Promarker.
