I made this card over the weekend for my cousin's little boy who has his birthday next week. The image is a Pollycraft one called 'Skills' and I've used a black and white colour scheme because my cousins husband and their three sons all support St Mirren.
The paper I've used is from Craft Creations and the sentiment from Craftwork Cards.

Awesome card...he's sure to love it. The black and white is so dramatic and eye-catching. Love the black matting to make everything pop. Great choice of images.
