It's time for a new challenge on the Addicted to CAS Challenge Blog:
This fortnight our code word in frame. For more details about the challenge and to see the cards from the rest of the team, head over to the challenge blog here.
This one took a bit of thinking about for me! Eventually I decided to make my frame from two die cuts and the left over stencilled panel from this card posted on my blog here yesterday.
I used two dies from Stampin' Up to cut the frame and then stamped a sentiment inside it.
Here's another view of my card:
To make my card I used:
- Daisy Duke Stencil by Catherine Pooler Designs available from Relatively Thoughtful here
- Best Birthday Yet sentiment stamp set by Catherine Pooler Designs available from Relatively Thoughtful here
- dies from Stampin' Up
I would like to enter my card in the following challenges:
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - add a sentiment
Snippets Playground - I used a snippet of left over stenciled card from yesterday's card

I love how you built your clean design with the soft stenciled panel and the crisp die cut frame because the balance between the open space and the detailed texture creates such a fresh modern look while the simple sentiment inside the frame keeps the whole card feeling elegant and intentional.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous. I do love how you create in the CAS style.
