New Cutie Pie Challenge - Bring on the Bling But Please make it Cute!

For my card I've used the very cute 'Rudy Reindeer' from Pink Gem - you can find him here on the Pink Gem website.  To create my 'bling' I've put a piece of Glitter Sparkle Sheet over some ordinary backing paper - you can find it here on the Little Claire website.  I've also added some red self adhesive gems and white glitter domes.
