Black and White Birthday

Something a little bit different from me today .... no stamping!!  I've had this Memory Box butterfly die for a few weeks now and hadn't got round to using it so I was determined to make a card with it over the weekend.

The background was done with an embossing folder and I used an X-Cut die for the little sentiment tag too - the sentiment is a peel off.

I'd like to enter my card in the following challenges:

Dream Valley Challenges - 'celebrations'
Raise the Bar - 'I believe I can fly'
Natalie and Amy's Challenge - 'anything goes'
The Sisterhood of Crafters - 'no stamps allowed'
Unstampabelles Challenges - 'embossing'
Love to Create Challenge Blog - 'things with wings'
The Pink Elephant Challenge - 'monochromatic'

  5. Hi Helen, Thank goodness I finally managed to get onto your blog! It takes so long for my computer to open up the connection that I generally get chucked out of the Internet!
I just had to get through today as this card is stunning. It just shows you don't always have to stamp and make a 'pizza card' by adding loads of embellishments! (That's me, not you!!)
Less is more. Hugs, Carol S.xx
