New Perfectly CAS Challenge - Splash

 

There's a new challenge today on the Perfectly CAS Challenge:

Remember as well as following our theme, you need to make sure that you only use one third of your canvas leaving the other two thirds clear.

To make my card I first masked off two thirds of a white card panel and then used Distress Inks in Tumbled Glass, Shaded Lilac and Salty Ocean to create my background.

I stamped one of the images and sentiments from the Stampin' Up Beautiful You stamp set over the inked panel and added some extra colour to her dress and umbrella using a Denim Promarker.
