To make my card I've used one of the latest new releases from Twinkle Lane Designs:
'Camera Girl' is available here in the Etsy shop and comes with or without the cityscape background.
I've also used one of the digi papers from this new pack:
The 'Picture This' digi paper pack is available here
I used Promarkers to colour my image and layered with pink and black paper and some black gems.
