New Cardz 4 Guyz Challenge - Rememberance or With Sympathy or Thinking of You

There's a new challenge today on the Cardz 4 Guyz Challenge Blog and this week we have a few alternatives for you in our theme.  We're looking for rememberance cards or sympathy or thinking of you cards - plenty of scope there for everyone.  All the details plus lots of inspiration can be found on the blog here.

For my card I've used a stamp set called 'High Tide'.  I used a pale grey ink and black Versafine to stamp the images - they are all separate and you put them together to make a scene.  I have to admit that it's the first time I've used the set and it took me a couple of tries to get the lighthouse looking right - it comes in two sections and I had to work out what colour to stamp each section!

I love the words in the sentiment on this one - I've left the card very CAS to show it off properly.

I'd like to enter my card in the following challenges:

Simon Monday Challenge - 'monochrome'
Monochrome Magic - 'anything goes'
Word Art Wednesday - 'anything goes'
613 Avenue Create - 'anything goes/masculine'
World Wide Open Design Team Challenge - 'anything goes'

  1. Wonderful sympathy card, ideal to give to a man as many sympathy cards usually involve flowers. Love the sentiment
