Weekly Inspiration Project for Imagine That Digis by Kris - Love Lifts You

This is my weekly inspiration card for Imagine That Digis by Kris and you can find it here on the blog.

I've used an image from a set called Love Lifts You which is here on the Imagine That website and a sentiment from the 'Wedding Day' set which is here.

I cut an aperture out of the middle of the front of the card using a circle die and then put acetate behind the aperture and blue mottled paper on the inside of the card.   I cut out the balloon and placed it on top of the acetate so the blue paper appeared behind it.
