For my card I've used a digi from the Lacy Sunshine 'Love Note Collection' - this one is called 'My Love' and you can find it here in the Lacy Sunshine shop on their website. The paper I've used is from Craft Creations - I've used a doily behind the image and finished the card with some pearls.
