New Challenge on The Squirrel and the Fox - Celebrate the Occasion

Today we've got a new challenge on The Squirrel and the Fox Challenge Blog and this time we'd like to 'celebrate the occasion'!  The theme of the challenge celebrates our first birthday - I've been involved with the challenge since the beginning and it's hard to believe it's been a year since we started!

Our challenge is sponsored by Bugaboo.

For more details about the challenge and to see the cards from my fellow Design Team members, click here.

Bugaboo also provided images to the Design Team to use for the challenge and I chose the very sweet 'Long Hair Girl' which is part of the Kid Pocket Topper range.  For a change I decided not to use any patterned paper on my card - the background was done with a Cuttlebug folder and I layered the card with kraft and white card.  To finish I added some gems and a couple of die cut photo corners.  The sentiment is from Craftwork Cards.

I'd like to enter my card in the following challenges:

Raise the Bar - 'damask or swirls'
Totally Papercrafts - 'for a child'
Moving Along With the Times - 'girly, girly'
CRAFT Challenge - 'children'
In the Pink - 'embossing'
Simon Says Stamp - 'emboss it'
Passion for Promarkers - 'clean and simple'
Tuesday Throwdown - 'cutting corners'
Totally Stampalicious - 'girlie birthday challenge'
