A big thank you to everyone who came along to my LC Designs class on Saturday - it was a great day and a busy one too! In the morning I had a group of twenty ladies and in the afternoon another group of eleven ladies - it certainly kept me on my toes!
The classes are held on the Wirral in the methodist church in Irby - we usually have two classes running at the same time and lots of ladies stay for the day. There's also a great LC Designs shop for anyone who wants some retail therapy!
The first photo (above) shows Gill's class in the morning and the second (below) shows part of my class:
I'll be sharing the cards I designed for the class over the next few weeks and here is the first one:
This is a very simple card using the 'Dinkies Flowerhead' stamp from LC Designs - you can find it
here on the website. It's made by fixing the pieces of white card together in a stack using temeporary adhesive. You then stamp the Flowerhead stamp randomly over the stacked card, separate it and colour it in and then layer the white card with black paper. The sentiment I've used is
here on the website.
There are more classes coming up both on the Wirral and in Crawley - all the details are
here on the website.
I'd like to enter my card in the following challenges:
