My card is one that I made on a workshop last year with Elizabeth Robinson and have only just got round to sharing.  It was made using products from Indigo Blue - something a bit different for me and I was pleased with the result!

New Winter Wonderland Challenge - White on White

I've used a Cuttlebug embossing folder to make the background of my card and added some pearls to the snowflakes.  I've used some lace and then the sentiment is a die from Memory Box, raised on foam pads above the background.

Wednesday Night Craft Club - Rain Hogs


It was my turn to design the projects for the last Wednesday night craft club which I run once a month and this is one of the cards that I made.

I cut a circular aperture out of the front of the card and then made a frame to go round the aperture using the circle die I'd just used with the next size up.  Behind the aperture I attached some acretate and then my stamped and paper pieced image was attached in the middle of the acetate so it looks like it's suspended in the aperture.

For my card I've used some paper from an old Hot Off the Press book and a stamp from Hero Arts.  I've layered the card with some dark brown and gold paper and added some gold gems from JJD Crafts to finish.

GDT Card for 4 Crafty Chicks - F is for Food


This is my third GDT card for the 4 Crafty Chicks Challenge Blog and this week's theme is 'F is for food'.  You can find all the details about the challenge here on the challenge blog.

This is also my weekly inspiration card for Imagine That Digis by Kris and appears on the Imagine That blog here.

For this week's card I've used one of the images from 'Wedding Day' digi stamp set which you can find here on the Imagine That website.  I coloured the image with Promarkers.

The paper I've used is from a Paper Cellar wedding pad and I've added a Dovecraft doily behind my image which I die cut with one of my stitched circle dies from Memory Box.  Finally I've added a silver layer behind the pink paper and some self adhesive pearls.

New Inky Impressions April Release


It's time for our April new releases at Inky Impressions and this month there are two brand new images and a sentiment plus a new rubber to digi release.

My first card (above) was made with one of the new digis called 'LiLi Messenger Birdy' - you can find her here on the website.
