This is my last GDT card for the Ooh La La Creations Challenge Blog - a big thank you to the team for asking me to join you for March!

Happy Birthday

Today I'm sharing a birthday card I made recently using a Memory Box die.  

I've kept the card very simple because I wanted to focus on the die cut.  I've layered it with red and white card and gingham and kraft paper and then just added two Card Candi to finish the card.

GDT for 4 Crafty Chicks - Humour

This is my final GDT card for the 4 Crafty Chicks Challenge - a big thank you to the ladies for asking me to join you over the past month!  The theme for this week is 'humour' and you can find all the details here on the challenge blog.

As soon as I saw the 'humour' theme, I thought of Dr Digi's House of Stamps and this digi which I used recently to make a bathroom door sign.  It's called 'Bath Time Deirdery' - you can find her here on the Dr Digi website.  

I've kept the rest of the card very simple, colouring the image with Promarkers, and have just added a computer generated sentiment.

March Flowers Stamp Set from Little Claire

Another clean and simple card today using a Little Claire stamp.  This is one of the stamps from the 'March Flowers' stamp set which you can find here - the sentiment is part of the same set.  

I've also used paper from the Mini Ombre Paper Pack which is here - the papers work beautifully with any silhouette designs and stamp really well,

Deedee's Digis March Digi of the Month Challenge

This month's Digi of the Month at Deedee's Digis is the very cute 'Right on Track' set.  Anyone who joined in with the challenge last month will have received the set free but it's also available to buy here on the Deedee's Digis website.

The set includes an engine and different carriages plus various sentiments.  I've used the engine and the Easter Egg carriage, merging them together in Word.  The sentiment I've used is also part of the set.

New Glory of Christmas Challenge - Christmas Tree

We've got a new challenge today on The Glory of Christmas Challenge and this time our theme is 'Christmas Tree'.  You can find all the details about the challenge here on the challenge blog.

I've tried something a little bit different for my card and although it hasn't quite worked out as I wanted it, I'm still pleased with the result!  I've used a Memory Box die to cut the two groups of trees and inlaid the die cut pieces back in to the frames.  The 'sky' is patterned paper and the 'snow' on the ground is torn white paper.  The sentiment is an old one from Hero Arts.

Inky Impressions - March's New Release!

There are some great new release digi images and sentiments on the Inky Impressions website today.  

To make my card, I've worked with one of the new background digis called 'Carrot Patch' which you can find here on the website and also one of the new digi images 'Bunny Ears Lili' which you can find here.  I merged the two together and then used my Promarkers to colour them.

On the inside of my card I've used one of the new sentiments called 'Happy Easter Car Circle Sentiment' which you can find here on the website.
